The Cho-Pat strap functions dynamically as the knee bends and straightens. Pressure on the tendon below the kneecap helps guide the kneecap in the groove. This improves tracking and assists in spreading pressure uniformly over the surface area. In addition, the strap elevates the kneecap slightly, which further relieves harmful pressure.
Measure circumference below kneecap. When in doubt, select smaller size.
